Dynamic balancing
Description and technical specifications:
- - Dynamic and static balancing (measurement and balancing in two or one plane)
- - Maximum diameter of balanced object is 1,600 mm
- - Maximum length of balanced object is 6,000 mm
- - Maximum range of balancing rotation speed 120 – 6,000 RPM
- - Used range of balancing rotation speed 120 – 2,500 RPM
- - Maximum weight balanced object 3,000 kg (at 250 RPM)
Most often balanced products:
- - Guiding and driving cylinders of various sizes, types and dimensions
- - Universal joint drive shafts for industry, automotive, multi-part and special
- - Rotors of pumps (one- or multistage)
- - Vacuum pumps of various sizes
- - Electromotors' rotors
- - Fans propellers (static balancing)
- - Rotors of shredders, including movable knives types
- - Rotation gearboxes (including oil filling)
- - Turbines of various sizes
- - Rotors of mills with or without knives fitted
- - Rotors of shredders, mulchers and threshing drums of agricultural machines
- - Belt pulleys
Most often used balancing methods:
- - Drilling – up to 16 m diameter directly in the machine, larger diameters at the horizontal boring machine
- - Welding-on the weights (steel / stainless steel)
- - Boring-on the weights (cast iron, duralumin)
- - Grinding-off (minor imbalances)
- - Screwing-in of balancing segments (preparation on the product is necessary)
- - Riveting (fans propellers)
- - Point welding using resistance tongs (universal joint drive shafts, smaller cylinders)
Calculations and consultations are included in the price of balancing.
